Sydney Water Design & Approvals - Government & Commercial Projects

Over the last 12 years at mgp we have worked with many architects and the Department of Education on the design of Sydney Water assets, certification and approval of these developments.

The development of schools tend to occur in areas of high occupancy, and with that a complex infrastructure (often not seen by the general public). These developments are often close or over large Sydney Water assets including Stormwater, Water Mains, Oviform sewers and Heritage assets. Our aim is to enable the development to occur whilst protecting these essential assets. The process to approve the architectural and structural design can take between 3 - 12 months depending on the complexity of the project and Sydney Water assets, but we are proud of our success and relationships that we have built with the teams involved on the projects.

Recent projects include;

Smalls Road Ryde

Haberfield Library

Ultimo Public School (temporary school)

Alexandria Park Public School (temporary and main school)

Punchbowl Public School

Rainbow Public School

Bardia Public School
