Barangaroo South is an urban regeneration project located on the last major waterfront site in the Sydney central business district (CBD). At completion it will include three major office buildings, 800 residential apartments and a world class hotel situated next to waterfront parklands.

Each tower is designed to take advantage of the outstanding harbour-front location, to achieve 6 Star Green Star Design ratings and target 5 Star NABERS Energy and Water ratings.

MGP are proud to have worked with the team at Lendlease, Boone and Willard Plumbing, RPBW and PTW Architects on One Sydney Harbour.

MGP completed the detailed hydraulic design services for these benchmark luxury apartments and two penthouses, the Sky Homes.

Working closely with the team, not only did we ensure that the design provides effective and efficient services to the tower, but also that the top of the range products selected by the architects and builder deliver an outstanding service.
