At the end of 2018 MGP were nominated to work on the hydraulic design and Sydney Water approvals, with FDC Construction on the redevelopment of the prestigious Shore School gym, pool and learning spaces.

The new Shore Physical Education Centre (SPEC) offers 11 new dynamic and flexible learning spaces and seminar rooms adjacent to new open spaces and courtyards. It also includes a modern indoor 50m pool with 8 lanes, a Multi-Purpose Sports Complex with basketball courts, tiered seating, gymnastics and weights rooms and other facilities.
