MGP is also excited to be supporting the delivery of new public pre-schools across Western Sydney as part of the Schools Infrastructure NSW Public Pre-schools Program.
We are currently working across nine sites, including:
Birrong, Chullora, Granville East, Harcourt, Lansvale East, Leumeah, Prairievale, Thomas Acre, Villawood.
These preschool form part of a major NSW Government infrastructure initiative; rolling out 100 new public preschools colocated with primary schools by 2027—aimed at doubling early childhood access in NSW.
For Western Sydney specifically, over 40 sites have had contracts awarded, offering weekly places for up to 3,600 children—highlighting the significance of our work in this region
The team at MGP is responsible for managing the Sydney Water Building Plan Approvals; In scope and Out of Scope, for these developments, ensuring compliance with water infrastructure requirements and enabling smooth project delivery.
These new facilities will provide greater access to early education for local families and form part of the NSW Government’s broader initiative to expand educational opportunities in fast-growing communities.
